There are a lot of options that you can use with making a healthy juice for fat loss, but for starters here is a tomato and cucumber juice that you can make.
- 3 ½ cups chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups diced cucumber
- 1 stalk celery
- 3-4 drops stevia (optional)
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Take a juicer jar and add all the cut vegetables in it and process till they are properly blended. Add sea salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. If you want your juice to be a little sweet you can add few drops of stevia. Pour the juice in a tall serving glass and garnish it with mint leaves. This juice is perfect for summer months.
Tomato and cucumber are both rich in water, and an adequate water intake is absolutely vital for weight loss. Tomato also is rich in Vitamin C that will boost up your immune system, and its combination with cucumber turns it into the ultimate refreshment that will revitalize you from the inside.
There is another healthy juice with tons of benefits, such as boosting the immune system, energy boost, improved digestive system, weight loss, to name a few. Though its technically not a juice, its actually coconut water and you can combine it with some other fruit juice to create a powerhouse for weight loss. You can use the following recipe:
- 2 lemons – peeled, seeded and quartered.
- 2 apples, quartered.
- 2 carrots, chopped.
- 2 beats, trimmed and chopped.
- 1 cup coconut water
One the ingredients have been acquired, proceed with putting them through the juicer and collecting the juice in a large glass. This makes for a great breakfast juice, the best thing you can have to start your day on a high note.
