- 4 carrots
- 2 apples
- A stalk of celery
- Grated ginger
Same deal as before with the method. Make a juice by putting all the ingredients together in a juicer and sip throughout the day!
This vegetable juice is best taken in the morning, for an energetic day. It will give the extra boost you need, and also has ingredients that promote weight loss. Ingredients needed are as follows:
- 1 cup of non-fat milk
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 small peeled carrot
- 2 tbsp whole oats
- 1 tsp honey if desired
All you have to do to make it, is just put everything in a blender and blend them. And then drink it when its done.
